Steps to a pre-listing inspection.

• You decide that you would like to sell your home.
• One of our inspectors performs a home inspection and provides you with our comprehensive inspection report where all of our findings are neatly laid out.
• We take digital photographs of the home and then assemble a full-color summary of the inspection highlights.
• The ‘inspection package’ is displayed for potential buyers to view. You may also wish to print a copy of the inspection.

The Pre-Listing Inspection Report

Our Pre-Listing Inspection Report is based on our usual thorough inspection, but includes only comments pertaining to Defects found. This saves us time and therefore saves you money.
