Welcome to “Your Home…Check it out” |

Welcome,
friends to the inaugural edition of “Your Home – Check it out”. With
this Newsletter, we hope to share with you our insight and some
suggestions on how to keep your home in tip-top condition. Among the
most compelling reasons to maintain your home are:
Curb Appeal, |
Personal Satisfaction, |
Prevention of future costly repairs, |
Keeping it in the best possible condition and ready for sale, should you decide to put your home on the Market. |
Most of you reading this are past customers of Lowcountry Home
Inspection and therefore know that we know what we are talking about.
Because the crawl space of your home is one of the most neglected parts
of your home, the first few issues of the News Letter will deal with
problems that may crop up in the Crawl Space as a result of
deterioration and/or damage to components. Some of the topics will be:
Foundation |
Floor Structure |
HVAC Equipment and Ductwork |
Electrical Wiring |
Plumbing system |
Insulation |
Moisture. |
After the crawl space is covered, we will address the Roof system, The
Exterior finishes, Trim, Windows and Doors. Later on, we’ll tackle the
Interior and Attic components.
As I said before, most of you are receiving this because you are a past
customer. If at any time you do not wish to receive further issues, you
may un-subscribe. If you think a friend, neighbor, or family member may be interested, please forward this on to them.
